MLB Betting Tips – 30 April

Today at Bet Central, we bring you MLB betting tips from MLB punter Justin Simelane. He has tips for a number of tomorrow morning’s matches.

30 April 00:35 Pittsburgh Pirates v San Diego Padres

The Pittsburgh Pirates are currently under 500 and most of their losses are because they can’t match other teams offensively. The Pirates are not hitting the ball well and their home run rate is low. Now compare that to the Padres a side who are second in home runs. Zack Thompson will likely struggle with limiting this Padres this side, bet on the away side.

Suggested Bet: San Diego Padres ML

30 April 00:40 Miami Marlins v Seattle Mariners

The Marlins are currently on a 5 game winning streak, while the Mariners have lost their last two. These teams are very similar but I have to go with the home team here. Elieser Hernandez will be pitching for the home team and he performs better in front of the home fans, last time he pitched the Phillies got 1 run in 5 hits. The game will likely be an under.

Suggested Bet: Miami Marlins +1.5

30 April 01:07 Toronto Blue Jays v Houston Astros

This is a game to bet on the Over, the reason being that it’s a game between two hot offensive sides. In their last match-up, there was a total of 15 runs and I see it going over 7.5 here yet again. Toronto plays great at home and leads the league in home runs with 26, both sides won’t slow down and this is the best to go with.

Suggested Bet: Over 7.5

30 April 01:10 Tampa Bay Rays v Minnesota Twins

The Twins haven’t lost a game in 7 and after this game, it will be 8. Dylan Bundy will be the pitcher for this game and is yet to give up a home run this season. Corey Kluber pitching for the Tampa side is the reason to bet on the Twins, he hasn’t had the best season thus far.

Suggested Bet: Minnesota Twins +1.5
